Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Takaful Bazaar account and associated data at any time. Please read the steps below and review what data will be removed or retained.

1. How to Delete Your Account In-App

  1. Open the Takaful Bazaar app on your device.
  2. Log in to your account if you are not already signed in.
  3. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  4. Go to Settings.
  5. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  6. Confirm your decision when prompted.

Your account deletion request will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

2. Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access your account, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us at support@takafulbazaar.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account.
